Motability Operations website

Frameworks was approached by Motability Operations to provide design and HTML templates for their new website.
Motability Operations is a private business providing a range of affordable cars to disabled people through lease and hire purchase schemes. They are the largest fleet operator in the UK and the largest supplier of used cars to the trade. The organisation is owned by the five clearing banks: Barclays, HBOS, Lloyds TSB, HSBC and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
We liaised with Motability’s internal IT team to design a site that both followed the organisation’s clear guidelines and worked with the content management system they already had in place.

Design London report 2007/08

Design London asked Frameworks to design a report to communicate the progress and performance during its first year of operation.
Since the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA) and the parent organisations of the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London established Design London in October 2007 in response to the Cox Review: Creativity in Business, it has made huge strides in its aims to develop, research and deliver radically new practices, tools and processes to transform the way organisations innovate, and translate their creativity into commercial success.
The new report strengthens the Design London brand, and effectively expresses its key messages and vision for the future. Frameworks is pleased to support such an exciting organisation and looks forward to continuing its relationship with Design London.
“Design London… the most exciting educational project in many years.”

Design Connection identity

In March, the consortium of Design London and Grand Thornton UK LLP were appointed by the London Development Agency to deliver the pioneering Designing Demand programme and complementary services for businesses in London. Designing Demand has been developed by the Design Council to help small and medium size businesses get full value from design.
The name for the new programme is Design Connection and will combine Grant Thornton’s business expertise, knowledge of the SME market and strong investor networks with Design London’s excellence in design, business and research.
Design London asked Frameworks to develop an identity for Design Connection to be used for its new website and marketing collateral. The identity combines the strong branding elements from both Design London and the existing Designing Demand programme, demonstrating their connection.

For over twenty years, Rights and Humanity has helped millions of poor and disadvantaged people across the world to realise their human rights and dignity. Frameworks is honoured to support such a pioneering organisation, and looks forward to continuing this relationship.

Durrell ‘it’s time’ mark

Frameworks was asked to develop a new mark and guidelines for Durrell’s 50th anniversary in 2009.
During its 50 years of existence, Durrell has achieved a great deal, but they believe this work is only the tip of the iceberg, with more needed to be done. The ‘it’s time!’ campaign will communicate Durrell’s message, and will feature on all anniversary year material and advertising, reinforcing the existing Durrell brand, originally created by Frameworks.
The campaign will allow Durrell to engage with all audiences, and prompt them into action to help contribute to the earth’s health and wellbeing, including the protection and maintenance of species worldwide.

IBM ‘Impact’ book

IBM asked Frameworks to write and design a new book that tells the story of how Enterprise Asset Management is changing the world of business.
The jargon-free, easy-to-read language clearly demonstrates IBM’s thought leadership in asset management. The book will be used as a vehicle to drive lead generation and as a ‘leave-behind’ in conferences and sales meetings.
Working with an illustrator, Frameworks created a series of humourous cartoons that helped to leverage the key messages even further. The final book was printed using FSC accredited paper and printing methods. To help promote the book we created a Flash animation for use online.
